  very busy time and customers were queued up. the female shop assistant [SA] serving me closed up and was replaced by a male who after a couple minutes still had not processed 1 of my items. he then asked me would i let someone in front of me who he knew i already said no to.so i said yes to him so he would start serving. he processed her and she failed/refused to pay and started yelling abuse at the customer behind me.
