  DISGUSTING SERVICE! A heavy complaint coming from a hairdresser herself! When my partner and I first entered the store we weren't greeted at all. The "manager" was in the middle of doing a clients hair which was fine but she didn't greet us at all. She just looked at us like we were aliens. We had to start the conversation and ask if she had a certain product. She said she did have the product while looking me up and down clearly judging me for my appearance. She had no manners whatsoever. Absolutely no customer service skills. I would've been best off talking to a brick wall and that's no exaggeration at all. She left the conversation dead giving nothing to work with. After 10 seconds of her looking me up and down with her judgmental eyes, I had to break the awkward silence and ask how much the product was. She said "15 dollars" with the most disgusted look on her face. I felt extremely uncomfortable and told her we would probably come back. 10 minutes after I felt extremely judged and upset by the way she treated me and my partner went back to complain about how poor her customer service skills were. She then proceeded to yell at him and took a step towards me. My husband then stood in front of me because she was too aggressive. She screamed and made no sense. We both told her that she had poor customer services skills and how dare she look me up and down. She screamed and said she was going to call the police. We then left because she wasn't hearing our complaints about her. Never ever have I had to deal with such poor service in ANY business. I highly suggest to avoid this salon unless you want to be treated like dirt. I wouldn't recommend this salon even to my worst enemy. If anything, she needs to redo her retail course! I worked as a hairdresser since I was 17. This is absolutely unacceptable and no salon in the world would find this service even close to standard. Horrible horrible horrible!
